LittleSteps - Child Development Support App

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected when you use the LittleSteps mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

Account information: Email address and password (passwords are stored in encrypted/hashed form).
Child profile information: Age and name (optional), used only to personalize recommendations and activities.
Usage data: Activities completed, progress records, and in-app preferences.
Device information: Device type and operating system version, used for troubleshooting and compatibility.

2. Why We Use Data

To create your account and provide secure sign-in.
To provide age-appropriate activity and content recommendations.
To show your progress and statistics.
To improve app security and performance.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Storage and Sharing

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure (such as Supabase). We share data with third parties only in these cases:

Advertising partners (AdMob): Anonymous/technical data may be used for in-app advertising; ad IDs can be reset by users.
Legal requirements: When required by law or a court order.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Security

Account and contact data are transmitted and stored according to industry standards. Passwords are hashed using secure methods.

5. Your Rights (KVKK / GDPR)

You have rights to access, correct, delete, and object to processing of your data. You can delete your account in the app or contact us with your request.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for families (parents/caregivers). We do not directly collect accounts or personal data from children under 13. Child-related information is provided by parents/caregivers and used only for activity recommendations.

7. Changes

If this policy is updated, we may notify you via the app or email. The latest version will always be published on this page.
